Ultra-Lum Services, LLC has been servicing the Outdoor Billboard Industry since 1998. Our local service area includes Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Jersey, New Hampshire and Pennsylvania.

We have in house staff trained on all software to manage your digital content.
